DEEDS

F. C. COMBS & ELIZABETH COMBS & E. J. COMBS

THIS DEED, between F C COMBS and ELIZABETH COMBS, his wife, parties of the first, and E J COMBS, party of the second part, witnesseth:

That said parties of the first part, for and in consideration of the sum of $1500.00, FIFTEEN HUNDRED DOLLARS, in hand paid, the receipt of which is being acknowledged, do hereby sell, grant and convey to the party of the second part, their heirs and assigns, the following described property, to-with: Beginning on a maple on the north side of the meadow mountain, thence southeast to a maple, thence northeast to a white oak and locust, thence northward across the Allegenia mountain to a stake and oak, thence west to a water oak and locust, thence westwardly to the beginning corner, containing 82 1/2 acres, more or less.

Being the same property conveyed from Earnest Rider and Brothers to F C Combs by deed bearing the date ____day of ____, 192__, and of record in deed book No. ___, at page, ___, _____ County Clerk's Office.

To have and to hold the same, together with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging unto the party of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, with covenant of general warranty.

In testimony whereof, witness our signatures this 4 day of Feb. 1926.

I, John Sturgel, Clerk of the County Court for the County and State aforesaid, do certify that the forgoing deed from F C Combs and Elizabeth Combs, his wife, to E J Combs, was on the 4 day of Feb. 1926, produced to me in said county and acknowledged and delivered by him part___ grantor thereto to be their act and deed.
