1. Guy Ritchie Harris born Aug 30th, 1903 in Pettigrew, Arkansas, Guy married Charlotte Christine Perkins Sept 15th, 1929, they moved from Arkansas to Idaho in Nov 1945, they had a son and two daughters. Guy farmed and owned and operated a sawmill there and has been in the same business since they moved to Idaho. He manufactured his lumber at Grimes Creek, near Idaho City and has a flanning mill and Wholesale lumber yard at Gowen Field just outside of Boise, Idaho. Guy Ritchie Harris died 1983 in Boise, Idaho, Charlotte died
2. Ivan Monroe Harris was born March 10th, 1906 in Pettigrew, Arkansas, Ivan married Golda Herriman on Dec 25, 1925 in Arkansas, they moved to Idaho in 1934, they had a son and a daughter. Ivan Harris was co- owner of Harris Brothers Lumber Company until his retirement in 1960. Ivan was a member of the Church of Christ and served as an Elder for some years. Ivan Harris died June 22nd, 1989 in Boise, Idaho, Golda his wife died October 3rd, 1989 in Boise, Idaho.
3.Claudia Chloe Harris was born October 23rd, 1907 in Pettigrew, Arkansas, she married
married Albert Lee in Fort smith, Arkansas, Feb 22nd, 1926, Albert Lee died in 1935 and Claudia later married William Alvin Belcher in October, 1939 in Boise, they lived in Idaho City and Boise areas, she was a member of the Church of Christ. Claudia died May 1979 in Boise, Idaho, she is buried in the Morris hill cemetery in Boise, Idaho.
4. Ruby Jewell Harris was born December 13th, 1909 in Pettigrew, Arkansas, she married Oyd Virgil Shippin 1924, they had a son and daughter, they then divorced in 1932 and she later married Rufus Hamilton, Ruby Jewell died Jan 26th, 1982 in Kent, Washington, she is buried in Kent, Washington.
5.Ruth Ann Harris was born Dec 1911 in Pettigrew, Arkansas, she married Oscar Perkins, brother to Guy Ritchie Harris’s wife, Charlotte Perkins, they had three daughter and a son named Billy, Ruth Ann Perkins died Oct 9th, 1935, when her last baby Billy was about six weeks old from complications after childbirth in a hospital in Fort smith, Arkansas, Ruth is buried at Cass, Arkansas, her daughter Irene died some years later after the birth of her fifth child in 1964, her and the baby are buried in Caldwell, Idaho.
6. Dallas Henry Harris was born August 2nd, 1915 in Pettigrew, Arkansas, he married Alta Watson in Arkansas, she was born in Oklahoma, in 1938 they moved to Idaho, in 1939 Dallas and his brother Ivan Harris established “Harris Brothers Lumber Company” in the Thorn Creek area. At Thorn Creek they a lumber town, with a church, school and homes for the workers, many of whom were relatives, in 1945, Harris Brothers Lumber Co, was moved to Idaho City, Idaho. In 1952 after the sawmill burned for the second time, Dallas & Ivan purchased a sawmill on Warm Springs Avenue, East of Boise and thereafter established “ Harris Brothers Lumber Co” Harris brothers was sold to Boise Cascade in 1961, after the sale Dallas and his brother Ivan acquired a ranch and raised Hereford cattle and Appaloosa horses. In 1967 Dallas Harris bought Producers Lumber Co and again became active in the Lumber business that he enjoyed so much. Dallas Henry Harris died August 1st, 1999, a day before his 84th Birthday, he is buried at the Morris Hill Cemetery in Boise, Idaho.
7. Johnnie Fern Harris was born November 17th, 1917 in Pettigrew, Arkansas, she married Amos Lloyd Ferguson Feb 17th, 1938, they had a son and a daughter, they divorced in 1958 and Johnnie Fern married Norwin D Burton in July 1959, they had a daughter.
8. Gordon Harris was born July 11th, 1920 in Pettigrew, Arkansas, he married Glena Virginia Myers March 5th, 1940, they had a son and four daughters, Gordon Harris died in 19 in Washougal, Washington.
9.Gladys Golda Harris was born March 6th, 1924 in Pettigrew, Arkansas, she married James McDonald, Nov 24th, 1945, they later divorced in 1854 and Gladys married Mel Schultz, they were also divorced date unknown and Gladys married a third time to Doug Kafvelstrom, he had two daughters from a previous marriage and Gladys had two adopted daughters, then Gladys and Doug adopted another daughter, Gladys Golda Harris died May 2005 in Boise, Idaho, she was 81 years old, she is buried in the Morris Hill Cemetery in Boise, Idaho.
10.Audrey Jean Harris was born Jan 22nd, 1927 in Pettigrew, Arkansas, she married Carl William Fahnstrom, Nov 26th, 1944 in Las Vegas, Nevada, they had two sons and three daughters, they were divorced and later Audrey Jean married Leonard Bethke of American Falls, Idaho, they were also divorced. Audrey Jean ( Harris) Fahnstrom died June 6th, 1995 in Auburn, Washington, she is buried in the Morris Hill Cemetery in Boise, Idaho.
