Hazel Thornsberry, age 84, of Garner, Kentucky passed away Friday April 18, 2003 at the McDowell ARH.

She was born in Knott County, Kentucky on January 12, 1919 to John Harris and Lanie Johnson Harris.

She was preceded in death by 1 Son - Roger Thornsberry; 1 Son-in-law - Billy G. Fugate.

She leaves to mourn her passing her Husband - Earl Thornsberry; 1 Son - Douglas (Madeline) Thornsberry; 3 Daughters - Girdalee (Frank)Adams, Fern Fugate and Phyllis (Bruce) Thornsbury; 8 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.

Visitation: Hindman Funeral Services Chapel, Saturday after 6pm and all day Sunday with additional services each evening at 7pm.

Funeral Service: Providence Old Regular Baptist Church Monday April 21, 2003 at 11:00am.

Interment: Mountain Memory Gardens - Hindman, Kentucky
