A photograph of the Day home that was on the property where now exists the Carr Fork Memorial Park. David Floyd Day was son of William Henry Day and Marinda Francis. David doubtfully lived in the home as he died in 1906. His wife Lurania was daughter of William (Med) Smith and Martha Ashley. Lurania had the following children, most were probably raised in that home. Here is the family:
